Jemia M. Warner, LCSW
Jemia M. Warner, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Rose Legacy Institute. She has had a diverse career path in the world of Social Work over the last 7 years. Mrs. Warner utilizes a dynamic interactive approach with all clients. She is experienced in working closely with marginalized populations, Veterans, Active-Duty Military members and their families, and individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community. She has additional experience in case management, crisis intervention, community resource referrals, evidence-based treatment, and advocacy for diverse at-risk-youth, adolescents, and adults with mental health, substance use, and self-harm concerns.

Mrs. Warner serves as an advocate for those of vulnerable populations. She see's the greater good in all of her clients and want them to see it for themselves. As an African-American woman, Mrs. Warner supports movements that liberate, encourage, and uplift underrepresented populations.

Ryan C. Warner, Ph.D., CRC
Ryan C. Warner, Ph.D., CRC is a licensed clinical psychologist who holds a deep passion to help diverse individuals improve their wellness and maximize their potential. Dr. Warner has a vast amount of clinical experience working with children, adults, returning citizens, active duty military populations, Veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Dr. Warner specializes in treating those who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, work stress, and life transitions. He utilizes a cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approach to help empower the clients with whom he works with.

Dr. Warner is dedicated to assisting clients in coping with and resolving challenges which arise throughout all of life’s stages, including adolescence, adulthood and the senior years. Dr. Warner believes that using a collaborative, tailored approach can help clients build stronger relationships, increase life fulfillment, and enhance their overall well-being.
